TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment in and participation in Love Recalibration (the “Program”), provided by Consistently Evolving LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in Love Recalibration, you (“you,” “your,” or “Participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or participate in the Program.
1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Love Recalibration is an eight-week group coaching and educational program designed to help women recognize recurring relationship patterns, understand their attraction to emotionally unavailable partners, strengthen self-trust and boundaries, and develop greater discernment when choosing romantic relationships.
The Program may include educational lessons, exercises, coaching sessions, group discussions, community access, and other resources provided by Consistently Evolving LLC.
The Program is intended to support personal growth, relationship awareness, and the development of practical skills for building healthier, more reciprocal relationships.
We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the Program's content, schedule, delivery, or format when necessary to maintain or improve the participant experience.
2. PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
By enrolling in Love Recalibration, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age.
The information you provide during enrollment is accurate.
You are enrolling voluntarily and are willing to take responsibility for your own decisions and actions.
You understand that your progress depends in part on your participation, effort, willingness to practice the material, and individual circumstances.
You are responsible for deciding how to apply the information, exercises, and guidance provided through the Program to your own life and relationships.
You understand that personal growth takes time and that your experiences, circumstances, and results may differ from those of other participants.
3. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
We are committed to maintaining a respectful, supportive, and constructive environment for everyone participating in Love Recalibration.
By participating, you agree to:
Treat the Company, coaches, and fellow participants with respect.
Communicate honestly and respectfully, including when you disagree with another participant.
Respect the privacy, personal experiences, and boundaries of others.
Refrain from harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, intimidation, or abusive behavior.
Avoid sharing another participant's personal information, stories, or experiences outside the Program without their explicit permission.
Follow reasonable community guidelines and instructions provided by the Company.
Refrain from using the Program to solicit, advertise, or promote unrelated products, services, or businesses without permission.
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, suspend participation, or terminate a participant's access if we reasonably determine that their conduct violates these Terms or materially disrupts the safety and experience of the group.
Where appropriate, we may provide a warning before taking action. However, we may act immediately when necessary to address serious misconduct, harassment, threats, or privacy violations.
Any refund or remaining payment obligations following termination will be handled in accordance with the applicable refund policy, payment agreement, and applicable law.
4. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Love Recalibration may involve discussions of personal experiences, dating histories, relationship challenges, boundaries, and other sensitive topics.
You agree to respect the confidentiality of the Company and all Program participants.
You agree that you will not:
Share another participant's name, identity, contact information, personal history, statements, or other identifying information outside the Program without their permission.
Record, screenshot, photograph, copy, or distribute private group discussions or coaching sessions without authorization.
Share private community posts, messages, or conversations with people outside the Program.
Use information shared by another participant for harassment, embarrassment, exploitation, or other inappropriate purposes.
You may share your own experiences and personal progress, provided you do not disclose another participant's confidential information.
The Company will take reasonable steps to respect the confidentiality of information shared with us. However, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality of communications transmitted through third-party platforms or prevent every participant from disclosing information improperly.
Nothing in this section prevents disclosures required by law or legally protected communications.
Our collection and use of personal information are also subject to our Privacy Policy, if applicable.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PROGRAM MATERIALS
All original content provided through Love Recalibration is owned by Consistently Evolving LLC or used with appropriate permission.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Course lessons and videos.
Worksheets, exercises, and downloadable resources.
Coaching frameworks and methodologies.
The Revered Woman Protocol and associated original materials.
Written content, recordings, presentations, and educational resources.
Branding, program names, and other proprietary materials.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal development.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or resell Program materials.
Share your login credentials or provide unauthorized access to another person.
Record, reproduce, or redistribute coaching sessions or course content.
Teach, license, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials or frameworks.
Use our materials to create or market a competing course, program, or coaching service.
Claim our original materials as your own work.
Your enrollment does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Unauthorized use or distribution of Program materials may result in termination of access and may lead to further action where permitted by law.
6. PROGRAM FEE AND PAYMENT TERMS
The advertised enrollment fee for Love Recalibration is $2997 USD, unless a different price or promotional offer is expressly presented to you at checkout.
Available payment options, including any installment plans, will be displayed during the enrollment process.
By completing your purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method according to the payment option you selected.
If you select an installment plan:
You agree to make all payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
Your obligation to pay the full agreed program fee is not automatically canceled if you stop participating, fail to complete the lessons, or decide the Program is no longer right for you.
Failure to attend coaching sessions or use the Program materials does not, by itself, cancel your payment obligations.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
If a payment fails, we may notify you and request updated payment information. Where permitted by law and the applicable payment agreement, we may temporarily restrict access while an overdue payment remains unresolved.
Nothing in these Terms authorizes us to collect amounts that are not legally owed or to disregard applicable consumer protection laws.
7. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
REFUND POLICY — ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases of Love Recalibration, provided by Consistently Evolving LLC, are final.
Due to the nature of this digital educational and coaching program, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, failure to participate, failure to complete the Program, dissatisfaction with the Program, or a decision that the Program is no longer right for you.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Program description, understand what is included in your enrollment, and agree to the six-month access period.
If you choose a payment plan through a third-party financing provider, you remain responsible for the payment obligations established by your financing agreement. Discontinuing participation or choosing not to use the Program does not automatically cancel those obligations.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Love Recalibration provides relationship education, coaching, and personal development resources intended to help participants recognize relationship patterns, strengthen self-trust, establish boundaries, and develop greater discernment in their relationships.
We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from participating in the Program.
Individual experiences and results will vary depending on personal circumstances, participation, implementation, decisions, and factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee that you will find a romantic partner, enter a committed relationship, reconcile with a particular person, or achieve a particular relationship outcome within any timeframe.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and application of the information provided through the Program.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are purchasing educational and coaching services, not a guaranteed romantic outcome.
8. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AND RECURRING PAYMENTS
Love Recalibration is offered as an eight-week program. Enrollment in the eight-week Program does not, by itself, authorize automatic renewal or recurring charges beyond the agreed purchase price.
If we offer a separate recurring membership, subscription, or community access plan, the renewal frequency, recurring price, cancellation method, and applicable terms will be disclosed before you purchase that plan.
You authorize recurring charges only when you expressly agree to a recurring payment arrangement.
You may cancel a recurring subscription using the cancellation method provided at enrollment or in your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges in accordance with the disclosed terms, but does not automatically refund prior payments or cancel separate installment-plan obligations.
9. PROGRAM GUARANTEE
Consistently Evolving LLC is committed to providing practical education and guidance to help participants make meaningful progress in recognizing relationship patterns, strengthening self-trust, establishing boundaries, and making more discerning relationship decisions.
Our guarantee is intended to reflect the commitment that participants who do the work will see meaningful progress.
The final guarantee terms, including eligibility requirements, the definition of qualifying results, the deadline for submitting a claim, the remedy offered, and any exclusions, must be expressly stated here or in an incorporated written guarantee provided before purchase.
Any guarantee offered with Love Recalibration will be described in a separate written guarantee or in the applicable enrollment terms.
The Company does not guarantee that you will find a romantic partner, enter a committed relationship, reconcile with a particular person, or achieve a particular outcome within a specified timeframe.
Any guarantee relating to personal growth or progress will be subject to its expressly stated requirements, including any required participation, exercises, implementation, documentation, claim deadline, and remedy.
The final-sale policy does not override a separate written guarantee or any rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Where a refund is required under an applicable guarantee, the refund will be handled according to that guarantee's terms.
10. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND NO THERAPY
Love Recalibration provides relationship education, coaching, and personal development support.
The Program is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, crisis intervention, or a substitute for services provided by a licensed healthcare or mental health professional.
The Company does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and participation does not establish a therapist-patient, physician-patient, or other licensed clinical relationship.
Any discussion of relationship patterns, emotional responses, attachment, boundaries, self-trust, or personal history is provided for educational and coaching purposes.
You are encouraged to seek qualified professional support when appropriate, particularly if you are experiencing significant emotional distress, trauma-related concerns, or circumstances requiring specialized care.
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, seek appropriate emergency or professional assistance rather than relying on the Program.
11. NO GUARANTEE OF SPECIFIC RELATIONSHIP OUTCOMES
We provide educational resources, coaching, exercises, and guidance intended to support your personal growth and relationship decision-making.
However, we cannot guarantee a particular outcome.
Your results may depend on factors including your individual circumstances, participation, implementation, decisions, dating experiences, and the actions of other people, many of which are outside our control.
We do not guarantee that you will:
Find a partner within a specific timeframe.
Enter or maintain a romantic relationship.
Reconcile with a particular person.
Change another person's feelings, intentions, or behavior.
Avoid every future relationship challenge.
Any examples, stories, or descriptions of personal experiences are illustrative and do not guarantee that you will experience the same results.
Our goal is to help you develop the awareness, skills, and discernment to make choices that better align with the healthy, reciprocal relationship you want.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Consistently Evolving LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your participation in the Program.
This includes losses arising from decisions you make regarding dating, romantic relationships, communication, boundaries, or other personal circumstances after receiving Program information or guidance.
You remain responsible for evaluating your own circumstances and deciding how to apply the information provided.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other matters for which applicable law prohibits such limitations.
Where a limitation of liability is permitted, it will apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
13. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND SERVICES
The Program may use third-party services for payment processing, community access, video conferencing, course delivery, email communication, or other operational purposes.
These services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and technical requirements.
We are not responsible for the independent policies or actions of third-party providers, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to Program access when they are within our control. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party platforms.
You are responsible for maintaining compatible devices, internet access, and the account credentials necessary to participate.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company will not be responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, widespread service interruptions, public emergencies, or significant third-party platform outages.
Where reasonably possible, we will make appropriate efforts to communicate disruptions and provide reasonable alternatives or rescheduling.
This section does not excuse obligations that cannot legally be excused or eliminate any rights provided by applicable law.
15. TERMINATION AND ACCESS
We may suspend or terminate your access to Love Recalibration if you materially violate these Terms, misuse Program materials, engage in serious misconduct, or fail to meet applicable payment obligations.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue before termination.
Termination for a violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Any refund or outstanding payment obligations will be handled under the applicable policies and applicable law.
Your access to course materials, coaching sessions, and the private community is subject to the access period stated in the offer at the time of purchase.
Your included access to Love Recalibration expires six (6) months after your purchase date unless a different access period is expressly agreed in writing.
After that period, access to the original Program lessons, resources, and private community may end unless you have enrolled in a separate membership or the Company has expressly provided a different access arrangement.
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, misuse of Program materials, serious misconduct, or unresolved payment issues, subject to applicable law and any applicable payment or guarantee terms.
Expiration or termination of access does not, by itself, create a right to a refund or cancel outstanding payment obligations that remain legally due.
The Company may make reasonable changes to its platforms and delivery methods, while taking reasonable steps to address material disruptions to services that have been purchased.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify a particular platform or delivery method when reasonably necessary, while making reasonable efforts to address matters
